Managing Director
Paul began his property career in 1981 with a general practice estate agency which incorporated into a national corporate where he went on to become an Area Manager. During his career Paul has dealt with all aspects of residential and commercial property sales, lettings and management. Starting Hill & Clark in 2000 with the aim of offering the best agency service possible by using modern technology while based on traditional values.
Sandra Whitehorn
Company Secretary
Sandra joined Hill & Clark in 2002 as the company's first employee, since then covering all major aspects of work within the business where she has been a contributing factor to our growth. Sandra now oversees the daily operation of the company's administration and infrastructure and includes her role with acting as PA to Paul.
Michael Hollamby Cert.REA
Operations Manager
Michael began his property career in 1992 working for both independent and corporate estate agents before opening his own agency which he went on to successfully sell to a national corporate. Michael has a wealth of sales and letting experience with a passion for delivering results whilst providing a first class customer service. Michael joined our team in March 2016.
John Thorogood MARLA
Training & Development Manager
John joined Hill & Clark in 2008 having previously worked in local government, banking and the police service. Years of local knowledge, experience of dealing with people and a conscientious and diligent manner made John an exceptional Property Manager. John now oversees the training and development of all staff.
Jackie Cooper
Lettings Manager
Jackie joined Hill & Clark in 2006 following a full career with the Post Office, latterly as Area Manager where she gained a wide variety of business experience. At Hill & Clark she oversaw the day to day operation of the clients account department until being appointed in July 2017 as the Boston Lettings Manager where she now oversees the day to day customer service experience in Boston lettings.
Claire Sheere
Lettings Negotiator
Claire joined Hill and Clark in 2009 after six years of customer service with a local manufacturing company dealing with both public and international business enquiries. Claire's experience and abilities in providing exceptional customer service has made her our frontline contact at Boston.
Paula Dickinson MARLA
Lettings Manager
Paula joined Hill & Clark in early 2011 following 25 years in residential and commercial property agency. Having previously been a Director of an estate agency Paula joined Hill & Clark as a Property Manager and in April 2017 was promoted to Lettings Manager at Skegness.
Anne Butters
Anne began her Estate Agency career in 2000, coming from a legal background working for solicitors. Although employed on a part time basis Anne is an integral part of our Holbeach sales and lettings department where she assists with administration and helps to carry out property viewings.
Jayne Austin MARLA
Lettings Property Manager
Jayne joined the company in 2005 after most of her working life in accounts based positions. Her prior experience and local knowledge has proved invaluable in enabling her to develop within our expanding lettings department in Spalding's very busy lettings environment.
Elaine Piggins
Residential Sales Valuer
Elaine began her career in estate agency in 1988 and has been a valuer in the Spalding area since 1999. Having commenced employment with the company in 2007, Elaine continues to offer her extensive knowledge of the local area and advice in all aspects of the sales process.
Maria Fonseca
Accounts Manager
After moving to England from Portugal, Maria spent 12 years as a Key Account Executive at an International Pharmaceutical Company. In 2009 Maria joined our Spalding lettings department where she dealt with all aspects of a busy office and was ultimately promoted to Office Manager. In July 2017 Maria took over the companies Accounts Manager role within the Head Office function.
Carol Horton
Senior Sales Negotiator
Carol joined the company in 2010 following previous experience within the local property industry. Having a background of working for prominent London solicitors and as a legal secretary in a Bank Carol has a wealth of experience in dealing with sales negotiations and in 2015 promoted to Senior Sales Negotiator.
Mark Reynolds MNAEA
Residential Sales Valuer
Having started his career in estate agency in 2007 Mark has a wealth of knowledge and experience of the industry. Joining our company in 2010 as a Sales Negotiator he has worked from both our Spalding and Holbeach branches, thus giving him a great knowledge and understanding of the local area. Professionally qualified in 2016 he was promoted to Residential Sales Valuer for Holbeach and Long Sutton.
Jamie Hiller MNAEA
Sales Manager
Having started his career in estate agency in 1999, Jamie has over the years with independent and corporate agents gained vast experience and knowledge of the local Holbeach and Spalding property markets. A sales valuer since 2003, Jamie joined the company in 2012 becoming a Senior Residential Sales Valuer in 2016. Promoted to Sales Manager at our Holbeach office in January 2018.
Rob Singleton
Lettings Administrator
Having spent 30 years in local journalism, including senior roles at the Lincolnshire Echo and Boston Target plus seven years as a retail manager, Rob is well equipped to provide excellent customer service and administration support to the lettings team. Joining Hill & Clark in December 2013 with an extensive knowledge of the local area and its people.
Chris Marshall MNAEA
Sales Manager
Since starting his career in Estate Agency in early 2007 Chris has worked in varying roles for both corporate and independent companies across Lincolnshire culminating in a Senior Residential Valuer role in Boston. Joining Hill & Clark as Residential Sales Manager in our new Boston sales department. With a wealth of experience and knowledge of the local area, Chris is looking forward to developing our Sales Department.
Doug Oliver
Maintenance Assistant
Doug joined Hill & Clark in October 2015 and is an integral part of the Boston lettings team. Doug has spent all his working life in repairs and maintenance resulting in an extensive knowledge of building construction and maintenance which enables him to ensure all repairs are carried out efficiently and effectively.
Jane Goffin
Lettings Negotiator
Joining Hill & Clark in October 2015, after previously working as a manager in a customer focused hospitality business Jane has been undertaking her property letting qualifications. Jane is part of the busy Boston Lettings Department putting the right tenants into the right properties.
Kiefer Hedges
Sales Negotiator
Kiefer worked in the hospitality industry for a number of years where his role was dealing with staff and also customer based. Throughout this time, he progressed to shift manager. He commenced his employment with Hill & Clark in March 2016 where he is concentrating on a new career as a Sales Negotiator in the Boston Sales Department.
Lucy Spencer
Sales Negotiator
After commencing her career in customer facing sales roles, Lucy has always had a strong interest in the property market and is delighted to join our Sales Team in Spalding as Sales Negotiator. Lucy is keen to develop her interest further in her chosen career and is looking forward to using her excellent customer service skills to help clients buy and sell their properties.
Craig Franks
Lettings Property Manager
After many years of experience with his former nationwide retail employer Craig had risen through the business to the position of store manager. Craig joined Hill & Clark in August 2016 in order to train as a Property Manager and where through the training provided he can achieve his professional qualifications.
Angela Nicholls
Block Manager
Angela moved to South Lincolnshire from Nottingham where she was PA to a company director. More recently she ran her own business but wanted to get back into a busy environment and joined Hill & Clark in August 2016 as our block management and commercial assistant, becoming a block manager in August 2018.
Susan Kenny
Accounts Assistant
Sue joined Hill & Clark in January 2017 to work within our busy client accounting department. Having previously worked in both administration and secretarial roles for many years for several leading companies Sue has a wealth of experience in dealing with accounting matters.
Michael Royal MNAEA
Sales Negotiator
Michael joined Hill & Clark in March 2017 having had many years experience in Estate Agency as a negotiator and valuer with leading agents across South Lincolnshire. Boston is Michaels home town where he now looks forward to putting his experience and knowledge of the local market into use to help sellers and buyers move home.
Natasha Dawson
Lettings Manager
Natasha's estate agency career began in 2009 as a trainee negotiator, working her way up through the ranks until establishing herself as a Lettings Sales Manager with a leading agent based in Cambridgeshire. Over her career Natasha has gained experience in both the rental and sales market. By joining Hill & Clark's Spalding office in April 2017, Natasha comes back to her home town where she has good knowledge of the local area and its property market.
Lewis Thorogood
Sales Manager
Lewis joined Hill & Clark in July 2017 with the opening of our Bourne office, having began his property career in 2003 working for a major corporate estate agent in the region. Lewis brings a wealth of estate agency experience into the Bourne office as he has worked in the area for his entire career and lived in Bourne for most of his life so having a vast knowledge of the local property market.
Marina Hawkins
Lettings Property Manager
Marina joined Hill & Clark in July 2017. Starting her property career in 2014, she previously worked for a leading Cambridgeshire agent as a negotiator and property valuer gaining wide experience in the rental and sales market. Coming from a sales background she understands the value of good customer service and communication. Growing up and living in the Bourne area has given her extensive understanding of the local area and it’s people.
Paul Cutmore
Sales Negotiator
Paul joined Hill & Clark in July 2017 for the new opening of our Bourne office. Having lived and worked in the Bourne area for over 30 years and a successful estate agent for over 13 years prior to joining Hill & Clark he has a wealth of property market experience and expertise.
Rebecca Rudd
Sales Negotiator
Rebecca previously worked for a large corporate estate agent in Spalding for over 5 years where she worked her way from trainee administrator to a senior sales negotiator. Joining Hill & Clark in July 2017 she is excited to put her experience and knowledge of the local market into use to help sellers and buyers find their forever home.
Rebecca Lucas
Lettings Property Manager
Having had a varied career within telesales, events and marketing and more recently as a sales manager, Becky joined Hill & Clark in December 2017. Throughout her career customer service has been at the very heart of her roles, the experience of which she now brings to Hill & Clark.
Chris Hough
Lettings Property Manager
Having spent 10 years working within professional football administration including premier league clubs, league one clubs and latterly within the FA disciplinary process in Yorkshire. Chris joined Hill & Clark in December 2017 for a change of career, inspired by family and friends working within the industry, he will now bring his skills to the property industry.
Dan Thompson
Sales Valuer
Dan joined Hill & Clark in February 2018 as a residential sales valuer for the Spalding office. Living and working in South Lincolnshire Dan has accumulated a wealth of local knowledge and brings years of experience of the Spalding property market having worked in the area as a property canvasser and more recently a sales valuer for a corporate agent.
Naomi Brunsden
Lettings Property Assistant
Naomi joined Hill & Clark in May 2018 following a career with a national retailer where she had progressed to be part of the store management and leadership team dealing with sales, design, administration and profit protection. Previously Naomi worked as a free lance drama and musical theatre teacher but now brings her all her varied experience to the letting and management of properties.
Gemma Fisk
Company Promotions Assistant
After obtaining her university degree Gemma became a content writer, editor and ran her own out sourcing business. Writing copy for a hybrid online estate agent moved her into the property business where she passed her ARLA level 2 exams in Residential Letting and Property Management. Joining Hill & Clark in May 2018 where she will be using all her past experience in the development of our market presence/promotion.
Chelsea Davis
Lettings Administrator
Joining Hill & Clark in June 2018 Chelsea comes with years of experience in receptionist and administration duties with businesses in Skegness. By knowing the area Chelsea looks forward to helping further develop our Skegness office service offering.
Simon Gilbert
Lettings Property Assistant
Before joining Hill & Clark in July 2018 Simon spent the majority of his career working at one of the countries leading golf clubs, where he progressed through the business to be a senior member of their team. Due to his exceptional organisation and customer service skills Simon obtained the position of Manager of the retail golf shop and PGA Professional.
John Burke
Block & Commercial Manager
John has enjoyed an interesting career where following a time in the military he worked for different breweries, ultimately as a Regional Operations Manager where he managed both premises and the associated businesses. Originally from Stamford John project managed his own self build house in Bourne where he still lives. In his spare time he has also gained a Queens Commission in the local Army Cadet Force. John joined Hill & Clark in August 2018 to further grow and develop our professional service offering in Block Management and Commercial across all offices.
