Successful candidates must be of smart appearance, have good interpersonal skills and be self motivated to provide a first class customer service. Experience in property can be an advantage but not an essential if you have common sense and good life skills. The right positive attitude is an essential!
Block/Estate Manager - Position Filled
The person in this role will be dealing with property/estate maintenance, site inspections, legal enquiries, company law matters, attending client meetings and will require good organisational and communication skills for dealing with people at all levels. Previous experience in this work would be a distinct advantage but as training will be provided transferable skills will be taken into account. As this is a developing part of our business this is a great opportunity for the right person to grow and develop with the creation of this new separate department.
Lettings Administrator - Position Filled
Working as a very integral part of a small but developing team dealing with all aspects of looking after our landlords, tenants and their properties. This role will include answering and dealing with enquiries, ensuring proper processes and protocols are followed to provide a high level of customer service. Previous experience is not required as training will be provided, the right attitude and good interpersonal skills will be a must as well as the ability to work on their own initiative while part of a busy team.
Responsible for managing and leading a team dealing with the sales of peoples homes and property. Experience in residential property sales will be an essential requirement for this role together with a proven track record of achieving consistent results as all our teams strive to be market leaders. Previous management experience will be an advantage but is not an essential as we will provide ongoing support and training. This is a great opportunity for the right person with determination to deliver results through their team and be a part of a growing business.
Sales Negotiator - Position Filled
We are looking for a crucial member to join this small developing sales team. Responsible for dealing with the matching of people to their future homes, viewings, follow up, feedback and negotiating sales of peoples homes and property. Previous experience in residential property sales will be a distinct advantage for this role together with a proven track record of achieving consistent results as all our teams strive to be market leaders. We provide ongoing support and training. This is a great opportunity for the right person with a determination to deliver results and be a part of a growing business.
Lettings Property Manager - Position Filled
Responsible for managing and looking after a portfolio of landlords and their properties, developing the relationship between the company and its clients/customers. You will be required to undertake property appraisals, prepare marketing literature and video content, undertake inventories, move ins and move outs as well as mid term inspections. As part of a dynamic team you will need to work and communicate well both within the team as well as on your own initiative.
Sales Valuer - Postion Filled
We are starting to look for our next residential sales valuer in readiness of growing and taking our sales team to the next level of business and market share. This is a pivotal role in a busy office with a great opportunity for long term career progression. You will need to be able to show a proven track record of achieving consistent results. As part of an award winning team you will need to be a team player while also able to work on your own initiative.
